  1. Hi Joel & Jill:

It was great to meet you guys last Friday over some fine beer! I hope you enjoyed your date and the much-needed time away – I like your choice of venue.

Had the Rogue XS Imperial IPA Saturday night – that was fantastic – gotta get my hands on more soon. Don’t forget to check out http://www.hoppinfrog.com and Shangy’s in Emmaus. Also check out Stockertown Beverage – I’m going to try to hit that in the next few weeks.

Let’s stay in touch, and hopefully we’ll get to share some more great ones soon.

NICE BLOG – I will spend some more time here!

Thanks and hope to hear from you.

  3. Hi Joel!

I just wanted to let you know that after reading your posts about all-things beer related, your blog has been featured on the blogroll for the upcoming beer documentary, Beer Wars. Hope you will take a minute to check out the link love here (and learn a little more about the movie as well!) 🙂

Also wanted to let you know that we also created a badge for beer lovers like yourself to show their support of craft brewers. If you are interested in grabbing it, this link is where you can find it: (http://www.clearspring.com/widgets/49c2bc4c4d5a8b40)

Keep up the great work on your blog, and I hope you’ll make it out on the 16th!

  4. AleMonger, just wanted you to know that my book, Brewing in Milwaukee rolled out about a month ago. Used your ” Mt.Brewer” image, turned out great. A barrel full of thanks.
    Cheers!!

  5. Joel and Jill- it was great meeting you at the Brewer’s Plate last night! This is a great site! Informative and entertaining! ‘Firend’s do let friend drink Bud’ is a fantastic line and is about the only thing I know about beer. Looking to learn with this site. Good luck and hope to see you again next year.

    Biej
PS and of course I find out my admin was working on my site so it was down all day yesterday.(Awesome!) Hit me up at facebook.com/biejsongs

    • Cheers Beij!

Thanks for popping in (though I have to say our brief stint on line listening to you was far more entertaining – or alternatively entertaining – than anything here). I do throw in more than a few musician and musical references. Now I have an excuse to do more of that.

Great “show” at the Kimmel Center last weekend. You’ve got a new fan and I’ll try to get you inside the Center for your next gig. Oh, why aren’t you at SXSW??

      Cheers!
